Wards can be made in a variety of ways, you can draw them out in a rune or sygil, maybe visualizing a shield around a space for protection through your third eye is more your style. Anyway you look at it there is no wrong or right way to do it. I like to draw them out and put energy into it. Oldworld Witchcraft by Grimassi has a good section on runes. I use runes for a variety of things, mostly protection, I've drawn up a dream catcher ward to help keep nightmares away for a friend. No two wards are the same for me, I channel as I am drawing out the ward for its intended purpose and then put energy into it. I also use visualization through my third eye to cast my wards as well. When I'm visualizing through my third eye I build it, how you would build a house. I start with the foundation, usually a pentacle in a circle with runes around it, then I''ll build the frame making it look like a castle wall with stone guardian knights, and dragons. Then finish with a dome or sphere.

There will be more to come, stay tuned for updates
